To begin, my name is Craig Williams. I am what you could consider your typical college student I guess. I work and attend San Jac. I am a restaurant manager at Pappasito’s in Webster, TX. I have worked there for over 5 years now. that could be the reason why my major is hotel and restaurant management. I feel like I have my foot in the door with the Pappas company so why not just continue where I started. I am the youngest of 3 boys. My parents are both school teachers, so anything less than an A average is unexceptable if you know what I mean. I grew up playing baseball and still love it to this day. I even play in some softball leagues. Currently I play on a flag football team with my co-workers. I do like to stay active but not necessarily exercise. I also enjoy fishing. I bought a boat to feed my desire to fish and heard all the horror stories of purchasing a boat. Well let me tell you, the stories are all correct. Well that’s all I can think of at this moment.
